Scoreling is run by Alex Kay, an individual established in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. By using scoreling.com, an account, the widget, the WordPress plugin or the API you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected]. How we handle data is in the privacy policy.

The service

Scoreling checks web pages automatically and reports what it finds. Reports are produced by software, can be wrong or incomplete, and are not professional advice. Scoreling has a free plan with no card required. If paid plans come, we will announce them on the site and email account holders before anything you use starts to cost money.

Fair use

• Do not use Scoreling to overload, attack or probe sites, or to get around its limits (for example with many accounts or addresses).
• Do not put unlawful, deceptive or infringing material in your account, reports or widget.
• Keep your sign-in links and API keys to yourself; what is done with them is done by you.

We can limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and will say why unless the law or the abuse itself stops us.

Agencies and the widget

If you put the widget on your site, you collect your visitors' details through us, and you are responsible for doing that lawfully: a legal basis for contacting them, a privacy notice on your site that mentions Scoreling, and the consent checkbox where your law requires one. We process those details only to run the check and deliver the lead to you, as the privacy policy describes. You keep all rights to your logo and texts, and allow us to show them in your reports and widget.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Scoreling running, but it is provided as is, without guarantees of availability or accuracy. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, leads or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Scoreling at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can end the service with 30 days' notice to account holders by email.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. If a change to them affects you, account holders get an email before it applies.
